What is my cancellation policy?

If you cancel your cake, no refund will be given.

If I cancel your cake, a full refund will be given.

If you choose to only pay a deposit first, please fill in a contact form and I will contact you to organise a deposit only.

As soon as you book in your cake, products are purchased regardless of how far away your date is. This is due to us being located away from larger cities and products not being so easily available. Also I plan months in advance.


How far in advance should I book?

I recommend booking wedding cakes 3 months out, birthday cakes about a month in advance.

When do I need to pay my remaining balance?

For wedding cakes- 7 days prior to the big day.

For birthdays or other events- on pickup or the day prior to delivery.

What happens if I don’t like my cake- taste ect or something is wrong with it?

Take photos and contact within 24 hours for a refund to be discussed. If you do not like the flavour, unfortunately it is what you have chosen so no refund will be discussed but if something is wrong with the bake, I am happy to take the cake back for inspection and decide on a refund.

If you do not return the product or contact within 24 hours, no refund will be offered.

While I take all precautions, I do bake from scratch and occasionally mistakes can occur.
